UX is a concept that encompasses users' emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses and interactive behaviours resulting from use of a service/artifact. It captures human users’ dynamic emotions and attitudes about using that service/artefact, embodied in an individual’s social-cultural interactive experiences with the world. A lot of thoughts have been put on users needs but they relatively downplay the consideration of the business context. I am much looking forward to your deep insights!
